This letter is in regards to Beth Fleischmann, as a reference for her internship at ardentCause.
We had the opportunity to work with Beth as an intern in September and October of 2014. It was a
pleasure to have Beth as part of our team!
Beth worked with the web development group.
We found Beth to be a very quick learner! She became comfortable and knowledgeable with our
third-party Platform as a Service (PaaS) tool Caspio very fast, in just a couple days, and was equally quick
at learning our database setup and environment which has several complexities.
She quickly learned to replicate and then enhance and improve existing work. She also used online
resources to become acquainted with advanced JQuery functionality (part of Javascript), which was
entirely new to her, and integrate it on our web application.
Beth also contributed new functionality on top of JQuery within our system.
We commend Beth for her quickness and technical capabilities, and recommend her to the next
opportunity to use her technical skills!
