Initially, the level of commitment for advisors and consultants may just be a phone call or a meeting with myself every now and then, when needed. It is foreseeable though that as Behind Closed Doors Ministries grows and develops, there may be a need to meet on a more regular basis and with other advisors and consultants simultaneously (i.e. a monthly Board of Advisors meeting). Some areas may require a lot of ‘start-up’ work but minimal work to maintain. Other areas may not require much ‘start-up’ work at all, but do have a consistent amount of work to do in order to maintain them. It is assumed though that as Behind Closed Doors Ministries grows and develops, so would the level of commitment. HANDS: Volunteers
