Business. I graduated from the College of Western Idaho where I received my Associates
degree in Business. I am interested in the Front Desk/ Receptionist position because I
believe I can bring many positive qualities to your business, for instance:
My Business degree has helped me gain more knowledge about computers and what
it takes to make companies run. Through my studies I have learned computer skills
such as word, excel, power point, one note, and access. In addition to my computer
skills I have also learned about balance sheets, income statements, classified
statements.
I have prior experience as a supervisor and have excellent leadership skills. I
supervised 8 to 10 employees and was able to increase numbers as well as manage
conflict.
I also have over 20 years of customer service, which will be helpful in the training
process. Working with customers I have learned how to treat people with respect and
dignity. I have a great work ethic, I am detail oriented, very dependable.
