CENOVNIK OGLASNOG PROSTORA
• Cene emitovanja oglasnih poruka su izražene u EUR po sekundi emitovanja oglasne poruke.
• Budžeti oglašavanja za Prvu TV, TV B92, Play radio se sabiraju.
• Budžeti su izraženi u neto iznosima i na njih se obračunava PDV.
• Popusti se primenjuju na cene po sekundi emitovanja oglasne poruke.
• Emitovanje oglasnih poruka je moguće ukoliko je prethodno izvršena uplata celokupnog ugovorenog
budžeta za oglašavanje.
Prva TV, TV B92, Play radio zadržavaju pravo da u bilo kom trenutku odbiju emitovanje oglasnih poruka
zbog tehničkih, pravnih, ili moralnih razloga, a posebno ako sadržaj oglasne poruke nije u skladu sa
interesima emitera.
U slučaju da emiteri odbiju da emituju oglasnu poruku Oglašivač nema pravo na naknadu štete niti bilo kakvo
drugo potraživanje od emitera.

po sekundi emitovanja oglasne poruke.
Primer primene popusta: Ukoliko se klijent
opredeli za budget od 500.000 EUR neto, duzan
je da Televiziji uplati iznos od 500.000 EUR plus
PDV a pripadajuci popust od 35% ostvaruje kroz
realizaciju sekundi.
OPŠTA PRAVILA SARADNJE
Naručivanje emitovanja oglasnih poruka vrši se slanjem dispozicije u elektronskoj formi ovlašćenim
predstavnicima sektora prodaje Prve TV, TV B92 i Play radija. Smatra se da su Prva TV, TV B92 i Play radio
primili i prihvatili dispoziciju ukoliko su ovlašćena lica sektora prodaje potvrdila prijem dispozicije u
elektronskoj formi ili, ukoliko do potvrde elektronskim putem nije došlo, smatraće se da su Prva TV, TV B92 i
Play radio prihvatili nalog samim emitovanjem oglasne poruke.
Arhiviranje oglasnih poruka može se vršiti u elektronskoj formi ili dostavom video materijala u prostorije
Prve TV. Neophodno je da se uz video materijal dostavi uredno popunjena i overena deklaracija.

CENOVNIK OGLASNOG PROSTORA • Cene emitovanja oglasnih poruka su izražene u EUR po sekundi emitovanja oglasne poruke. • Budžeti oglašavanja za Prvu TV, TV B92, Play radio se sabiraju. • Budžeti su izraženi u neto iznosima i na njih se obračunava PDV. • Popusti se primenjuju na cene po sekundi emitovanja oglasne poruke. • Emitovanje oglasnih poruka je moguće ukoliko je prethodno izvršena uplata celokupnog ugovorenog budžeta za oglašavanje. Smatra se da su Prva TV, TV B92 i Play radio primili i prihvatili dispoziciju ukoliko su ovlašćena lica sektora prodaje potvrdila prijem dispozicije u elektronskoj formi ili, ukoliko do potvrde elektronskim putem nije došlo, smatraće se da su Prva TV, TV B92 i Play radio prihvatili nalog samim emitovanjem oglasne poruke. Arhiviranje oglasnih poruka može se vršiti u elektronskoj formi ili dostavom video materijala u prostorije Prve TV.
