2. My behavior change was…
To transition from pescetarian to vegetarian.
• I am choosing to be vegetarian, specifically lacto-ovo-
vegetarian, because I do not support the inhumane
treatment of animals in factory farms.
3. What I hoped to come of the
change
• Pretty straightforward, I
hoped to eliminate fish
from my diet. My long-
term goal for this
behavior change is to
continue to be a
vegetarian in a healthy
and enjoyable way.
5. Plan of Action
• Take it slowly.

10. Goal #2: Cut fish from diet by 50%
• Only eating fish on special occasions
• This was a bit harder to accomplish. Reason being, my
family members are really great cooks, so it’s pretty
difficult to resist dishes that traditionally contain fish in
them, such as, Laing, Salmon Sinigang, Pinakbet, and
Paksiw.
11. Goal #3: Cut fish from diet completely
• Even though it’s only been 4 days, as of last Friday, I successful
completed my behavior change.
• Hopefully, I will be able to maintain being a vegetarian, but if I
need more time to transition, I will go back to only eating fish on
special occasions until I feel I’m ready.
