PROJECTS
PYP Exhibition Journal
I created a 40-page PYP Exhibition journal for the school. This document helps students to
reflect on their PYP Exhibition in a constructive way.
It gives students the opportunity to make regular entries in the journal of all their ideas,
decisions and actions. It also helps to record their progress on the Exhibition.
The journal can also be used to show their mentors the progress being made.
Students’ reflections are to be supported by recorded evidence of the process. This
evidence could include photographic and video evidence, interview notes, feedback and
comments from their peers, teachers and/or mentors and parents.
• Maintain a regular system
of monitoring, assessment,
record-keeping and reporting of
children’s progress.
• Communicates and consult
with parents over all aspects of their
children’s education – academic,
social and emotional.
