12. How can we improve our service? Entertainment in hospital room; only given terrestrial channels, no freeview or cable (which was promised in handbook). I was also given two post-surgery bras that were far too big for my band width. I was given size xl when I’m usually a 34/36. Info on the website is excellent but if you grouped testimonials by subject matter (eg. Complications and how they were dealt with etc.) It would make it much easier to choose which ones to view. More advise on pros and cons of procedures beforehand. Updating after care leaflet, given very old leaflet from hospital yellow in colour which covered after care for eye surgery not Macs face lift. Having someone to contact like Aggie who I found to be very helpful and supportive during my recovery
