Let us do a small exercise
• Take 3 tasks you want to accomplish in their order of priority
Personal or Professional or a mix
• Mark User Business Value, Time Criticality, RR & OE one at a time
At least 1 of the task is “1”
All others can be 1,2,3,5,8,13,20
• Calculate CoD
• Assign value for Job Size
Fibonacci series again with at least one task as “1”
WSJF = CoD / Job Size
