10. Voters (and fellow volunteers) need to be reached from
now until (and on) Election Day. Phone bankers can
find those that want to vote but have no ride, etc. &
communicate that to precinct officers or HQ.
NOTE:

precinct can be produced on an
hourly basis & volunteers can call
from their homes, if they commit
to notify the precinct or party
officials of voters or problems
that they find through calling.
