3. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
• Arnulfo Laniba:
• Betty, nagkinahanglan nag immediate and then long-term
solution ang imong gipahayag nga problema nga dili lang
imoha, kun dili sa tanang mga OFWs.
• Ang immediate answer can be money to help you buy tickets
for home as well as sustain your initial stay in the Philippines.
• But that is not enough if you plan to stay home forever and
no longer go back overseas. A long-term solution in the form
of stable employment or livelihood at home or in the form of
land distribution or a form of reliable business, is the order
of the day.

4. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
• Arnulfo Laniba:
• Bet, in another blog just right now where we are asked if we
approve to grant Pres Tay Digong additional revolutionary
power (I don't exactly know what does it mean specifically)
so he would be more effective, I begged to disagree and told
our fellow ka-DDS na hindi na kinakailangang dagdagan pa
ang power ni tay Digong. He has already enough power to
solve our urgent national and personal problems and make a
huge difference. Gawin lang niya ang kanyang trabaho as
chief of the Executive Branch and he will make miracles and
he will astound the world! I will prove that now.

5. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
• Arnulfo Laniba:
• What is my specific example to this?
• Answer: We have the existing law, Commonwealth Act 141
(Public Land Act) where every landless Filipino family has the
right to claim up to 24 hectares free land from the government.
• That is already a law, approved by Congress in 1936, ready for
faithful implementation.
• Tinatago nang mga previous presidents natin, who were
protecting and promoting private interests, instead of
implementing it for the welfare of the people.
• For not implementing it, implementation being the job of the
Executive Branch, our past presidents can be jailed!
5
6. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
• Arnulfo Laniba:
• If Tay Digong becomes the first president to implement it to the full,
then, he would not need extra power to either make himself effective
and pleasing to the people or to protect himself from the enemy’s
initiative to impeach him.
• The gratitude and loyalty of the people resulting from his earnest and
successful implementation of CA 141 will become an invincible power
behind him! No need for additional revolutionary powers or whatever
you call that.
• Pwedeng pwede wala na siyang gagawin pang iba, dito na lang si tay
Digong mag-focus: implement Commonwealth Act 141. And viola! The
problems that haunt our OFWs, the problems that haunt our drug
pushers and drug addicts, etc. will be addressed by this all-in-one act of
implementing Commonwealth Act 141 serving as the all-encompassing
solution to our multitude of problems that haunt us for a very long time.

7. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
• Arnulfo Laniba:
• The undistributed size of land of the Philippines is still half of the country.
• That half means 15 million hectares.
• If we agree to claim only 5 hectares each to give way for others, then, that means
3 million families as recipients of new lots at 5 hectares each! Multiply that by 7
members per family = 21 million. Or 1/5 of the nation.
• That is a huuuuuggggge good deed no president of the Philippines has ever done
yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
• See that? You see that until now, not one Filipino has been healed of his sickness
either body or pocket by any of our past presidents. To state it more clearly, no
president in the Philippines has healed a sick Filipino or made a poor Filipino
wealthy!
• But if Tay Digong will succeed in implementing CA 141, no less than 21 million
Filipinos will experience healing of their hunger, malnutrition and illnesses and of
their leaking pocket!
• We invite you to join our Facebook group ASSOCIATION OF LANDLESS HEIRS AND
PERMACULTURE ENTHUSIASTS OF THE PHILIPPINES for further guidance.

8. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
• Arnulfo Laniba:
• Bet, using the Permaculture system (search at YouTube) we can
turn our hills and mountains, yeah even desert like in China,
Jordan, Ethiopia, etc., into lush fruit trees farm (orchard) or Food
Forest, thus, doubling our agriculture which is presently confined
to the plains and valleys composing the first half.
• Ang common desire sa tanang o halos tanang mga OFW is: to go
home and have a source of income here that is reliable, making
them close to their family… at last!
• No fears, no worries!
• God be praised and loved!
8
9. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
• Arnulfo Laniba:
• Bet, we have already mentioned GENIUNE LAND REFORM in the form of the
distribution of the land at a 5-hectare lot per family as one major solution to
the problems of poverty and family disintegration, unemployment, resorting
to harmful and immoral jobs such as drug pushing, criminality and
prostitution;
• We have also mentioned the technology known as Permaculture to turn
deserts, wilderness, wild forests into lush FOOD FRUIT FOREST AND FIELDS.
• Permaculture has already transformed a large portion of China’s desert into a
lush field and orchard (food forest) the size of New Zealand!
• Huge areas in Jordan, Rwanda, Ethiopia, etc., are also experiencing restoration
of their former state as Paradise.
• So, we opt for Permaculture to be the tool for the transformation of our hills
and mountains into what the prophet Isaiah describe as “desert blooms like a
rose”!
• No fears, no worries!
• God be praised and loved!

10. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
•Arnulfo Laniba:
• Bet, the third field of opportunity I would like to encourage especially
our women to get fully involved is our thriving WELLNESS INDUSTRY,
that promises both Health and Wealth to its ardent participants.
• In the case of First Vita Plus, for example, there have been thousands
who experienced healing even of terminal illnesses which are
oftentimes not solved by doctors, such as cancer, stroke;
• At the same time, there are now over 20,000 millionaires and over
5,000 multi-millionaires in First Vita Plus, most of them started as
either bankrupt or zero, e.g., mere tricycle driver, security guard, fish
ball vendor, construction worker, et al.
• The next successful Wellness company in the list has over 900
millionaires and are also counting.
10
11. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
•Arnulfo Laniba:
• Bet, your mission as a woman, wife and mother, is to be the
pharmaceutical-nutritionist-doctor-nurse-healer of your family
and clan.
• The Big Pharma has been unsuccessful and ineffective in this
job. Their Pharmedicines have not stopped illnesses, but have
instead helped illnesses to increase and spread due to their
chemical-poisonous-toxic nature.
• Increasing number of people and patients are realizing this,
and they are shifting to what the Lord recommended in Ezekiel
47:12 “And the leaf shall be your medicine” and Revelation
22:2-3 “And the leaf shall be for the healing of the nations and
then there shall be no more curse” (illness and bankruptcy).
11
12. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
• Arnulfo Laniba:
• So, land distribution and permaculture via our men, and wellness industry via
our women.
• These form a triangle (3 pillars) of solid foundation for our every Filipino family.
To rebuild our nation and family into a strong one!
• The fourth pillar of the table is the emerging Clean, Free and Renewable
Energy (CFRE) industry. This will emerge as a very rich industry to bring wealth
and prosperity to the Filipinos and other nations on a long-term basis.
• We will not spend more space here for CFRE. But we will do later.
• The fifth but not the least source of our stability is, of course: our own talents.
If with the aid of a reformed education and supportive experiences, one could
hone his own talents to the max, then, chances will be that such individuals will
grow in great wealth as well as a result of his/her talents.
• If TALENT will become the basis/foundation for every enterprise or business,
then, we will see more enterprises like Apple and Sony filling the earth!
• No business shall rise not based on talent.
12
13. Tulong Po Makauwi na Kami for Good
•Arnulfo Laniba:
• So, starting with Tay Digong’s initiative to
implement the real Land Reform/ Distribution,
we can advance as a nation and individuals
towards Permaculture, Wellness industry, CFRE
industry (which is actually also a part of
Wellness), and finally towards the full
development of our talents.
•Namaste! See you soon in the new Philippines!

14. Land in the Philippines Not Enough for the Filipinos?
• The remaining undistributed half of the Philippines’ land is only 15 million
hectares.
• To distribute it to the landless Filipinos at 5 hectares each, would mean
that only 3 million families or 21 million Filipinos would benefit.
• What about the 80 million Filipinos?
• Answer: To redistribute the first half into 3 million lots at also 5 hectares
per lot. Number of beneficiaries: 21 million Filipinos
• Balance: 60 million Filipinos or 8.5 million families.
• Question: Where shall we place them? Where shall we get lots of 5
hectares each? That would be 8.5 million lots!
• Answers: 1) give them money to buy 5-hectare lands in Canada, Russia,
and other big countries; 2) teach Filipinos Permaculture to turn abandoned
deserts such as Sahara, Gobi, etc. into new habitable paradises! 3) Link to
Inner Earth whose land is the size of our oceans. Contact persons: Adama,
Zorrah; 4) other planets, the “many mansions in the Father’s house”
14
15. DESERTS IN THE WORLD
If we can accept the challenge and possess the
skills of Permaculturists, we, Filipinos, may decide
to occupy the Gobi Desert and call it Gobi nation
as our extended Philippines just as the Europeans
had America as their extension home! Gobi is as
big as Mongolia! If we knew Permaculture, we can
turn the desert into lush food forest. We can cause
it to bloom like a rose!
The largest (nonpolar) desert in the world is the Sahara, in
north Africa, which spans an area measured at roughly 3.5
million square miles. The United States' contiguous 48 states
could easily fit in the desert. It spans more than 3,000 miles
across Africa, stretching from the Atlantic Ocean to the Red
Sea.
15
16. Inner Earth Map: ¾ is the Land
• In the outer earth, waters or
oceans consist ¾ of the total area.
• However, this is reverse in the
Inner Earth: ¾ of their area is land!
•

17. Land in the Philippines Not Enough for the Filipinos?
• The Lord said,
• Joh 14:1 [niv]"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God ; trust also in me.
• Joh 14:2 [niv]In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told
you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.
• Joh 14:3 [niv]And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be
with me that you also may be where I am.
• Joh 14:4 [niv]You know the way to the place where I am going."
• No land, no home?
• You must be kidding!!!!!
• These “mansions” the Lord reveals to be planets, stars of the cosmos which contains
billions of galaxies, each galaxy containing billions of planets.
• And however large is the physical cosmos, He still compared thus: The whole cosmos is
only a drop if the entire spiritual heaven is likened to the entire oceans of the earth!!!
• If we pass the physical realm, we know that the spiritual realm is much much larger!!!
• Not enough place to live? You must be kidding!!!!
