To Whom It May Concern:
Armen and I have worked together since 1990. From that time, he has worked for me in various
capacities, starting as a machine operator and ultimately managing both the bindery and finishing
departments successfully. As a specialty commercial printer, every one of our orders is custom and is a
project unto itself. Armen set the standard for satisfying a customer base comprised of some of the
world’s most demanding and prestigious brands.
It is truly without hesitation that I can say that Armen is simply the type of person “who gets things
done.” He proved that time and again over several decades with me. His planning is meticulous, and his
execution is determined. With dozens of people reporting to him, he was instrumental in managing
production. Furthermore, his responsibilities grew over the years to include management of our supply
chain, storage warehouse, and ongoing machine and facility maintenance.
Armen doesn’t say “no” and will find a way to achieve objectives, even in the face of tight deadlines
characteristic of the printing industry. Whether it was managing complex projects such as a plant
relocation, or simply ensuring that supplies were adequately maintained on a daily basis, Armen was my
anchor for getting us to the finish line every time.
