Coach Ernie Mecca said the teams con-
tinue to improve, and many students are
right on track for their goals. He was grate-
ful there were several able to work over
spring break, as they gained some signifi-
cant training time.
There were several personal records,
and Mecca noted Cullen Becher just missed
automatically qualifying for state in the
1,600 by .08 seconds.
If the weather holds out this weekend,
Mecca hopes to see the full Bobcat team
competing Saturday. This will bring addi-
tional relay teams for the boys and girls,
and the coach looks forward to having ev-
eryone on full time at practices and up-
coming meets. The Bobcats will next head
to Riverton on Saturday, April 16 for the
Roy Peck Invite.

Buffalo course,” Smith said.
