traditional degree programs. With over 35,000 courses reviewed, ACE is the national leader in the evaluation process for
education and training obtained outside the classroom.
ACE CREDIT® reviews are conducted by experienced college and university faculty who assess the content, scope and rigor
of an organization’s training programs, courses or examinations and make appropriate recommendations for comparable
college credit.
Definitions and Terms
Approved Courses – Courses presented on the ACE transcript certify that learners have met the minimum grade requirements
as outlined below. Courses and learners that have not meet this requirement are not represented on this official document.
Credit Recommendation – Students must earn a minimum “C” grade for Vocational Certificate, Lower Division and Upper
Division credits and a minimum “B” grade for Graduate level credit recommendations.
ACE Course Number – The unique identifier that ACE assigns courses and examinations. Courses are identified by a letter
prefix which designates the organization.
Date Completed – The date that the course or examination was completed by the student.
Title – The title of the organization’s course, examination, or certification.
SH – Semester hours (SH) are the designated units by which the course work is measured.

UD = Upper Division (300-400 level courses)
