Hello polish mBank Team,
How are you? What´s new?
First of all, thank you so much for card that arrived to me to date Oct, 14 on correspondence
address.
Secondly, I would like to inform you about following information:
I would like to point out that I have made transaction on Oct, 5 at 14:48 pm
through online banking in sepa area, moreover to Spain. In sum, you, mBank
has 3 times during day when they send money, moreover 9:00 am, 12:45 pm
and 14:30 pm.
My payment, in other words total amount has been sent from my account on following day
due to transaction after 14:30 pm. That means Oct, 6 at 9.00 am.

So, my question is: Where is my payment? Which correspondence bank makes delay, if Spain did
not confirm that they received amount. And I made direct phone call with call operator in slovak
reoublic, they provided information that amount should be delivered.
Kindly note that I have already sent a few emails to your subsidiary in slovk republic without any
clearly response, straight to the point, my emails have been deleted before reading.
Thank you for your kind understanding and consideration, prompt response. Please do not to
