Please note that your submission is treated as a signal of irregularities and will be reviewed to verify whether if falls within the
jurisdiction of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA). PFSA keeps a record of all reports concerning the functioning
of the financial market and uses them to analyze and evaluate the operation of its supervised entities.
Measures employed by PFSA in relation to complaints are focused in particular on the identification of problems which imply
negative consequences for the users of financial services at large.
In the event irregularities are identified in the operation of a supervised entity such as imply practices involving infringement of
legal regulations or customer rights, PFSA records provide a basis for employing appropriate systemic measures of supervision
aimed at eliminating such practices and shaping the future market.
It should be noted that while the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, being a public administration body, may take measures
with respect to its supervised entities by imposing administrative sanctions, it is beyond its jurisdiction to interfere authoritatively
in individual cases as regards the solution of civil law disputes arising between participants of the financial market. It is therefore
important that the customer address and explain any concerns it may have directly with the entity concerned.
Additional assistance may be requested from consumer advocacy organizations or district (municipal) consumer ombudspersons
who provide legal advice and assistance to consumers in commercial disputes. Contact details of consumer organizations are
available at the website of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office (www.uokik.gov.pl).
Please note also that in the event of a civil law dispute, the authority competent to consider the matter by reviewing the stance of
a supervised entity and render a binding ruling is the common court having relevant jurisdiction and venue.
A civil law dispute arising between a supervised entity and a customer may be submitted to the PFSA Arbitration Court. In such
case, both parties to the dispute must consent to proceedings being held before the Arbitration Court.
The Arbitration Court is independent from PFSA in its rulings. The functioning of an independent body at PFSA dedicated to the
arbitration of disputes may be an effective alternative to prolonged proceedings before common courts both in terms of their
duration and costs. It should be noted that after being endorsed by a common court having relevant jurisdiction and venue
pursuant to the Code of Civil Procedure Act of 17 November 1964 (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws] of 1964, No. 43, item 296, as
amended), a judgment rendered by the Arbitration Court as well as a settlement made before it have the same force and effect as a
judgment rendered by a common court. More information about the PFSA Arbitration Court is available at www.knf.gov.pl in
the Arbitration Court section.

Complaint and Investigation of three, now two loans, their insurance and repayment
First of all, I decided to contact you from your activities and the objectives of your institution as a financial supervision
authority. In addition, you are responsible for the oversight of mBank SA, a foreign subsidiary, at: Pribinova 10, 811 09
Bratislava, Slovak Republic, ID: 36819638, Head of Branch is Klobut with co-founder mBank SPÓLKA AKCYJNA,
Poland, according to the annex 1 to Directive 2013/36 / EU on the take-up of credit institutions, especially for
consumer credit, agreements, etc.
Secondly, I have also contaced insurance company, National Bank of Slovakia, Bank´s Ombudsmann a law services.
On the one hand, I would like to inform you for your interest about following three loans. The reason why I have
decided to contact you directly is: quality of services of your branch in Slovak Republic with address - Cardif Slovakia
a.s., Plynárenská 7/C, 821 09 Bratislava due to fact that this insurance company provides insurance for customer of
bank, mBank, with headquarter in Poland, Warsaw.
Thirdly,, straight to the point: I took 3 loans, first personally in office in shopping center in Eurovea at financial center
at mBank in Bratislava, others through online services of mBank. Moreover, to date Sept 3, 2015 with amount of
3.000,- Eur, to date Sept 10, 2015 with amount 5.000,- Eur and to date Sept 30, 2015 with amount 3.950,- Eur, on the
other hand more details about this loans you may find as attachments, that incudes contracts, insurance contract, etc.
Fourthly, at this point I would like to inform you that all three loans are fully covered by insurance that are provided by
your company, BNP Paribas, Cardif. What does it mean? Is necessary to mention my social and financial status.
More to the point, try at least to make confirmation about my financial situation (you may reach ministry of labor,
social affairs in Humenne, social institution in Humenne "socialna poistovna" for more information. This process
should includes following steps from your side: acceptation, confirmation and respect.
Fifthly, ergo, I provide summary: I am unemployed to date Dec 14, 2015, with benefit, total amount 120.00,- Eur paid
by Ministry of labour in Slovak Republic to date February 2016, that means long term unemployment. So, you may
imagine how much I have got in my pocket, due to fact that I had and still I have no other income, no minimum wage,
no first full time job. Are you gonna question and have a fun all the time on me?

Status: I have been Phd Student at Pan European University, Faculty of Economics and Business, Tematinska 10.
Bratislava, daily form, 2 years are done, and my study is canceled to date October 31, 2015, since this date I had no
other income. The question is: Why information system of mBank still took form my bank account financial assets,
sent me 2 letters about repayments? They did not verify my situation and status and health?! Did they use right
method´s for confirmation, in other words phone calls, fax or personally appoitments? Well, If I paid insurance and I
am long term client, more than 6 years at mBank, do I deserve nice treatment and communication? Could you please
provide answer after your investigation by post, straight to my hand? I would like to appreciate quality services and
products, is 21. century and knowledge of technology should by at high level, do you agree?
However, could you please verify who spent those amount due to fact that I did not spend, in other words I served to
others a lot, and I am not gonna give smth for free and " nikomu nič nedarujem, ani v prospech štátu ." You know
what, I am glad that stil exist those people, hungry for papers, that do not know anything.

V prvom rade si Vás dovolím informovať o mojej finančnej situácii a to nasledovne. V septembri mi boli poskytnuté 3
spotrebiteľské úvery, z oho jeden úver vo výške 3.000- Eur je už splatený z cudzích zdrojov, viď info nižšie.
Zmluva o spotrebiteľskom úvere mPôżička Plus - Č. HNN089711569 /2015, vo výške 5.000,- Eur, čo činí 84
mesačných splátok, vo výške 82,75 EUR vždy k 23 dňu každého mesiaca. Ku dnešnému dňu t. j. Marec 29, 2017
ostáva neuhradených 66 splátok.
Zmluva o spotrebiteľskom úvere mPôżička Plus - Č. HNN057220589 /2015, vo výške 3.950,- Eur, čo činí 84
mesačných splátok, vo výške 65.37 EUR vždy k 26 dňu každého mesiaca. Ku dnešnému dňu t. j. Marec 29, 2017
ostáva neuhradených 67 splátok.
Zmluva o spotrebiteľskom úvere mPôżička Plus Č. HNN099634012 /2015 vo výške 3.000,- Eur bola uhradená z fin.
prostriedkov "mojich rodičov".
Ďalšie dve úvery nie sú splatené, čo je výsledkom nasledovných faktorov: nie som ani študent dennej formy na PEVŠ
ku dátumu 01.11.2015 a teda nepoberám štipendium a nie som ani zamestnaná. Z vyššie uvedeného vyplýva, že
som evidovaná na ÚPSVaR v HE od decembra 2015, bez stáleho príjmu, iba s dávkou v hmotnej núdzi čo
predstavuje čiastku 61,60 Eur ku dnešnému dátumu. Od apríla 2017 by mal byť môj príjem cca 120,- Eur, vďaka
zapojeniu do "projektu".
Na základe mnou uvedených údajov, si dovoľujem konštatovať, že som dlhodobo nezamestnaná v tomto okrese, a
vyvíjam neustálu snahu o stále zamestnanie aj v iných regiónoch, avšak bez úspechu. Preto som sa rozhodla
požiadať o preskúmanie možnosti na vyhlásenie buď osobného bankrotu alebo riadeného bankrotu na základe
preštudovania nasledovných príloh; Formulár o zmluvných podmienkach (podľa zákona č. 129/2010 Z.z. o
spotrebiteľských úveroch), Všeobecné obchodné podmienky mBank, Obchodné podmienky poskytovania úveru
mPÔŽIČKA PLUS.
Keďže splácanie týchto pôžičiek mi spôsobuje určité existenčné obavy, je možné brať do úvahy možnosť Odstúpiť od
Zmluvy o Úvere s účinkami podľa VOP a vyhlásiť okamžitú platobnú splatnosť, teda osobný bankrot. Resp. podať
sťažnosť v súlade s Etickým kódexom banky v oblasti ochrany spotrebiteľa.
Laicky povedané: Byť finančne závislý je výsledkom tvrdej a poctivej práce usilovného človeka? Inak povedané, nie
som ani princezná Šeherezáda, ani kráľovná, nezaujíma ma kto som a kto nie som, koľko mám a či vôbec budem
mať deti, akého som či nie som náboženstva, aby ma tu zamestnali, ale na dôstojný a plnohodnotný život má právo
každý.
Týmto Vás žiadam o záväznú odpoveď do 3 pracovných dní odo dňa prečítania danej sťažnosti. Pokiaľ je potrebné a
nutné to Vám zaslať poštou, ocením promptnú odpoveď. Pokiaľ je nutné osobné stretnutie, som ochotná a schopná
