Для этих случаев посчитаем стоимость самих встреч, а также стоимость потерь, если бы улучшений не последовало.
Также рассмотрим основные этапы "ретры" и подходы по их реализации (и их эволюцию), которые сейчас реально работают.
How much does Retrospective cost?
How much does a retrospective meeting cost and how to increase its value for a team and a company?
In this talk I'll share my experience of optimizing iteration retrospectives in several examples: for the team and for the program (several teams).
For these cases we'll calculate the cost of the meetings, as well as the cost of the losses, if no improvement.
Also we'll look into the main stages of "retro" and approaches to implement them (and their evolution), which really work now.
