6. TRAINING AND START UP COURSE...
The easiest way to reach the goals of our franchisees and start successful work is the startup
course, which is based on comprehension and learning of equipment and consumables that
will be utilized at Anti Aging Center. We fix the dates after signing the contract with our
partner and begin our work. Here the list of all the steps:

We offer 5 working days during which our staff, including managers and doctors will help you with
the presentations using the deep knowledge of all our products and equipment.

The travel cost will be covered by franchisee team but the hotel including lunch and dinner is at our
cost.

We recommend to invite doctors and aesthetists to fulfill theoretical (in the morning) practical course
(in the afternoon) meanwhile a manager of future Anti Aging Center will be occupied by commercial
part course.

The course consists of 2 parts: theory and practice during which our medical staff will train you on
our patients.

At the end of the week both to the doctors and assistants will be given the certificate of attendance.


11. Prowave Ice is the first device with a triple radiofrequency action, which combines three
technologies into a single device, allowing multiple applications. Prowave Ice machine is

13. Fat and cellulite removal
Shock Ice lipolysis is the latest non-invasive procedure for reducing body fat and fibrous cellulite,
regions that were once treated by liposuction. Proshock Ice machine uses a combination of acoustic
waves and Criolipolisy. Criolipolisy is a non -invasive method used to remove localized fat tissue,
without causing damage to the surrounding tissue, liver and bloodstream. Radio waves are used in

31. PROERASER™ TATTOO REMOVAL is the new laser manufactured and distributed by
Promoitalia for removing tattoos and benign pigmented lesions.
Two different wave lengths:
One for treating dark pigments (black, blue and brown) of professional tattoos, which are
removed by using the Nd:Yag (1064nm) laser, that relatively penetrates the skin in depth but
in a selective manner the other wave length doubled by a KTP (532nm) is used for other
colours of professional tattoos (red, orange and some shades of violet) and works on hyper
pigmentations such as ephelides, hyper chromatic stains and age spots.

Extremely brief pulses of highly concentrated luminous energy are directed on the ink of the
