Pet Ministry Outline
For our game/trivia night we will be able to have it at the East Side Elementary School
Gymnasium and we will also set up tables up for it as well. We would have signs that point from
the entrance of the school to the gymnasium so people don’t get lost. Once the people get inside
they will be directed to the gymnasium and will have a stand at the entrance for paying to get in.
we will also have the Pet Ministry at the entrance alongside the entrance where people pay to get
in and could make donations if they wish to. One side will have board games and the other side
we will have trivia. There will also be a concession stand there as well also for those who are
hungry and thirsty. Then during 2 o clock and 3:30pm we will have waffles for the kids so they
can get excited about some stuff. Then after 4 o clock we will clean-up and have. The audience
will be elementary kids and families from East Side Elementary School and others from the
area/district as well is they wish to come.
The budget will be $1000 total for the event which will goes towards making signs to the
gymnasium, concession stands, tables, chairs, Music, raffle tickets, and prizes. The timeline
would be 11am -12:30pm set-up for the event, 12:30-1pm rest, 1pm to 2pm would be for games
and trivia, 2pm would be first raffle, 2:15pm-3:30pm would be games and activities, 3:30pm
would be second, raffle then lastly, the event will end.
