and property management services for your vacation home property.
Our unique and sophisticated rental marketing approach allows us to focus all
resources on select target markets to earn the best possible return for your property
investment.
An on-site office will be manned during extended business hours. Our concierge
service will cater to every vacationers’ needs, including a 24 hour VIP service contact
number. All this is provided for no monthly management fee for the first three years
(representing a savings of over $14,000 compared to other similar short-term rental
communities).
Our resort management team provides assistance with booking all vacationers’ needs,
such as pre-arrival grocery stocking, medical assistance, limousine service, everything
possible to maximize the vacation experience. Crystal Homes’ resort management
team’s proven formula for vacation rental management produces quality home care
while maximizing revenue potential for our buyers while still providing the highest level
of service to our vacationing guests.
