Compliance
• Monthly fees to help you budget and cashflow
• Minimum fee is £250 plus VAT per month
• Bookkeeping fees based on number of
transactions per month – fees will therefore go
down as well as up
Advisory services
• Usually quoted on a project by project basis –
Fixed fees are available
• Value driven proposals – we aim to add
significantly more value to your business than we
charge
• Strategic support daily rate £1,875, half day £950
All fees quoted exclusive of VAT

 Pay nothing! we exchange fees for share capital on a few select clients each year
 Fast growing start up businesses | entrepreneurial orientated
founders | exchange services for up to 3% equity
 In exchange for equity – for a fixed period we provide all relevant PRIMOtax
accounting services to make sure you are in the best possible shape for future
growth and investment
 Strategic support - from business plans to finance director support services,
and much more
