5. AUTOMATIC ATTENDENCE SYSTEM
 Students attendance is marked as one enters in to the
campus through gate.
 Instead of punching by biometric system –Usage of central
device in to the entrance of the school gate will
automatically get attendance through their I-cards .
 Real time entry and exit are recorded and notified to the
parents
 Multiple exit are also recorded in the system

School Buses will be secured by GPS tracking.
Parents will notify through App about their children.
(Both Android & IOS compatible)
Parents will get intimation 10 minutes prior of the bus
arrival at the stop.

 Teachers Can Upload Class-Wise Homework on the
server
 Parents can track given homework

9. ATTENDANCE
 UHF Devices are set on gates.
 UHF Enabled I-Cards provided to the students.
 Student data gets uploaded on the server.
 When student passes through the gates, the UHF
Device will sense it and send the data to the server and
the attendance will be filled and message is sent to the
parents with time.
 Similarly on exit it will be counted as OUT entry. Again
a message will be sent to the parents.

10. BUS TRACKING
 UHF+GPS system In all buses.
 Remains connected to Satellite for Real-Time
Tracking.
 Parents Can check the Status of Bus via the app
 When student enters in the Bus, parents will get
Notification of the same.
 Similarly a notification will be sent to the parents
10 minutes prior of bus arrival.
