身在火炉的山城人,各种悲剧发生,
办公室空调、电扇、加湿器各种冷气一应俱全,
空调房里湿气重了,
体内湿热失衡了。

湿气过重的危害:
1.头部昏沉
湿邪最初侵袭身体时,可呈现头昏沉重,像裹着一块布;身体困重,四肢沉重,浑
身不舒适,似乎身上附着重物。此外,还会有发热、微微怕冷怕风,流清鼻涕等表
湿证
2.关节酸痛
如果体内已经侵蚀到关节的时候,关节也会出现一定的病症,部分气血运行不畅,
会有四肢关节酸痛沉重,关节屈伸不利等表现。
3.消化效果不佳
湿邪困扰脾脏,危害其正常运化效果,会表现出胸闷腹胀、食欲欠佳、饭量降到、
不成形等。而因脾虚运化不利而致使“内湿”时,还常有口淡、口黏乏味、口渴却
不想饮水、倦怠乏力等气虚、湿困的表现。
4.舌苔白厚
如果舌苔白厚,看起来滑而湿润,则说明体内有寒;如果舌苔粗糙或很厚、发黄发
腻,则说明体内有湿热;如果舌质赤红无苔,则说明体内已经热到一定的程度伤阴
了。

里面有铜球、银球、金球,参与者转动摩
天轮,金球掉进下面轨道即通关,印
章1枚,进入下一环节;
摩天轮必须符合王老吉、活动主题风格。

游戏设置:
设置一个摆满木桩的区域,其中有八个木
桩分别标有“越热越爱王老吉”,消费者
按照顺序与要求,踩指定的木桩过关印章1
枚,进入下一环节;
游戏三:“吉祥”蹦蹦跳
游戏设置:
主体为蹦床游戏,上面挂满了许多王老吉
包装罐;
参与者戴好头盔,取头顶上面的包装罐,
单位时间内取10个王老吉包装罐,进入下
一环节。
游戏四:“吉祥”能量旗
游戏设置:
准备一个背板,背板上“季节更替”、“吃香喝
辣”、“户外耗损”、“熬夜伤身”、“心火难
宣”等“球”(其他形状也可)
参与者用“王老吉”将上面的“季节更替”、
“吃香喝辣”、“户外耗损”、“熬夜伤身”、
“心火难宣”打掉,然后背板后面缓缓升起“越
热越爱王老吉”的能量旗即通关,获印章1枚。
• 内容五:品牌展示区,加大活动音量,现场设置道具拍照;
青铜人行为艺术,乌篷船,王老吉产品堆头。
借火锅来源的码头文化宣传王老吉的历史悠久。
