This landscape proposal was created for the north and west sides of my grandma's small rental home in Cedar Falls, IA. The proposal includes a plant schedule and a cost estimation for materials.

WEST SIDE SITE
The featured area of the Mixsell residence is the west
side of the house. Before installation, it is suggested that
the lilac shrub on the north side of the area (see below)
be removed or transplanted for aesthetic purposes.

window well
• Colorful planting scheme mimics trim and accents
of the house’s architecture
• Obelisk (pyramidal trellis) and low-lying
groundcover and annual plants add repetition,
