Our department, specifically me, has regularly contact with Andre on Prism processing matters.
Andre provides us with a top quality service; he always makes himself available to answer queries
and responds to emails generally within the hour in a very customer focussed manner.
Although my working knowledge of the Prism payment system is strictly limited I am very much
aware that patience and attention to detail are essential requisites for the job that Andre does, both
of which he has in excess. I cannot see how the service he provides could improve with the IT tools
he has available to him.

Could you tell me what you think he's doing well, and what he can improve on or do
differently, with examples, by COP 16/10/15.
