Four Seasons Los Cabos to be set amid organic
farms and orchards

A Four Seasons resort will open in Los Cabos, Mexico, in 2018 at the exclusive
Costa Palmas resort community.
Set amid 18 acres of organic farms and orchards, the Four Seasons Costa Palmas
is being built with real estate development firm Irongate.
Amy McDonald, CEO of Under A Tree Health and Wellness Consulting, is working
on the spa concept for the resort; McDonald has personal ties to the area, having
lived there herself for eight years.
The 145-bedroom resort features a low density layout across multiple buildings,
along with private residences, multiple pools, a Robert Trent Jones II signature
18-hole golf course and progressive fitness facilities. Pathways are lined with
fruit-bearing trees, organic gardens and working fields are landscaping, and the
resort’s five restaurants will be inspired by local food.
The modern design is a collaboration between California-based architects Vita
Inc., New York-based Guerin Glass Architects and Mexico-based Humberto Artigas
Architects, with interior design by Las Vegas-based TAL Studio, and features open
spaces and seamless indoor-outdoor living.
“We created Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos for families and groups of friends
who appreciate a fresh and mindful approach to resort design and lifestyle,” said
Jason Grosfeld, founder of Irongate.

2. Set among organic farms on an international marina at the base of the Sierra de
la Laguna Mountains, Four Seasons Costa Palmas will also offer opportunities for
wellness activities such as hiking, biking, windsurfing, kite boarding and
horseback riding. Waterfalls, spring-fed freshwater pools and natural hot springs
are also nearby.
