45% of Americans make resolutions every year but only 8% are successful in achieving them. In this interactive presentation, I teach participants how to set S.M.A.R.T. goals and offer three critical tips to help improve outcomes. S.M.A.R.T. goal criteria are defined, worksheets are provided and participants are encouraged to work in small groups to develop their goals according to the S.M.A.R.T. criteria. A quarterly follow-up class is available to provide accountability and revise goals as needed.
