Re: Sponsorship for the Mega Show 2012
The rays club affiliated with the student union of The University of Mauritius
which is very active in organising different social and cultural activities both on
the campus and outside the university is organising its annual mega show on the
9th of March 2012 as from 1pm to 5pm
This year we are planning to organise a mega show to celebrate the 44th
anniversary of the Independence Day of Mauritius as well as the 10th
anniversary of the “Rays Club”. Our club aims at promoting unity among all
students on the campus and also generate a young generation that will abide
with a motto of Harmony.
Since the Rays Club is well appreciated by the students on our campus, all
previous creative and well organised events at the university were overcrowded.
This year we are targeting 3000 students.
The organization of such a show involves quiet a significant cost and we would
be very grateful if your prestigious company could provide us with some
sponsor in kind or cash. In return, we assume to make your advertising during
the show through banners, flyers, posters or in any other way that you believe
our partnership could promote your company.
We would be very grateful if our request could be given due consideration and
necessary approval in order to make the show become a memorable success.
