Project Objective: To Develop and automate, such kind of
machine which give high speed of sachet filling and packing in
pharmaceutical industry.
Practical Application: It is genuinely an Industrial project
specially focusing pharmaceutical industry.
Technologies Used: PLC automation is the basic theme of this
project.
Abstract: This project is fully automatic PLC based sachet filling
and packing machine specially design for Pharmaceutical
industry. It is a cost effective machine as compare to the
machines available in local market. This machine have Human
machine interface (HMI-touch Screen) which enables operator
easy input of parameters and online monitoring. This machine is
capable of packing 35-40 sachets/Min. It fills sachet weighing
from 0.1 gms - 5gms. It consists of programmable cutter which
cuts according to the user requirement. Servo motor installed on
it provides high precision of sachet length hence can pack
sachet in various sizes with tolerance less than 1%.
