I would start with the word FRUSTRATION. It became next to impossible to activate my MS Office
on my Mac book. After repeat failures I thought of calling them up but Corona choked up their
tollfree customer service line.
Suddenly I saw live chat option and I just hooked onto that. A chat agent named Oluwatoyosi
quickly called me on my cellphone and resolved my issue in NO TIME.
However, the learning here is Microsoft must disable the subscriptions from customer account that
are yet to be renewed to avoid confusions and prevent customer dissatisfaction.
Microsoft would have saved on this call if that cancelled subscription link was removed from my
account.
Anyway glad, that their customer service doesn’t suck but their innovation/ product department
does.
