Job portals like Monster, Shine, Times, CareerBuilder and others have huge collection of resumes in
their database. Whenever a company needs candidates, they fetch these resumes and employ many
recruiters for selecting the candidates.
We built a tool, Autosourcing. This automatically fetches the resumes from the job portals
depending on the requirement specified, does a de-duplication check on the University/Company
mentioned in the resume against the black-listed ones. Returns the resumes with a score the
candidate’s resume scored for the requirement match and skill match.
