Each corner is built on the fundamental principles of partnership, public access and programming. For the partnership to work, each Russian host institution provides space and staff for its corner. In return, the Mission provides a multi-media library collection on the United States, equipment, and training. Rather than letting the materials collect dust, the Mission then works with its partners to activate these library collections by turning them into programming platforms designed to promote mutual understanding.
