Goal: Increase physical activity, pay attention to how many steps you
take in a day, improve physical fitness.
Must turn in recording sheets at the end of each week
o End of Week 1: 7/8
o End of Week 2: 7/15
o End of Week 3: 7/22
o End of Week 4: 7/29
o End of Week 5: 8/5
o End of Week 6 & End of Competition: 8/12
Must set a daily, weekly, and overall goal
Must use a pedometer or other approved fitness tracker to officially track number of
steps
Competition ends August 12, 2016
