Tiger Woods won't be teeing up at this year's U.S. open
next week.
The 3-time U-S Open winner underwent multiple back surgeries
last year.
Woods says he's getting better but still has not made a full
recovery.
The 40-Year-old says he would only return to golf when he
can practice, play and recover day after day without any ill
effects.
Woods, who has won a career 14 major championships, has not
played since last August.
