Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing, via email, post or fax. Those received up to and including 7 October 2016 are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations
received after 7 October 2016 cannot be refunded. Substitutions are always welcome.

Please note double-occupancy accommodations may entail two king beds OR one king bed in the bedroom and a pull-out style queen bed in the lounge area. Triple occupancy accom-
modations will usually entail two king beds in two bedrooms and a queen pull-out in the lounge area.

Accommodation preferences and spa treatment preferences are allotted on a first-come first-served basis ONLY, subject to availability. Later regsitrants may not receive their first
choice(s) of accommodations or treatments.
