AmandaBarry initiallyjoinedImpression Real Estate inJune 2014 on a part time basis.Herpositionatthistime
involvedthe change overfromSalesforce toMyDeskTop. Thisrole required close attentiontodetail andaccuracy.
Whenthistask wascompleted,we movedAmandaintoamore seniorpart time accountspayable position inJune
2014, againa role she fulfilledtoourfull satisfaction. InJuly2015 a senioraccountspositionbecame available.
WithAmanda’sprovenabilities andstrongworkethic,she wasmovedintothisresponsible andvery busyrole.
Thisrole involvedliaisingwith staff members,external accountants,ownersandmanagementandfull control over
our rental trustaccount.
A keychallenge forImpressionwasthe change overfromour propertymanagementprogramme ResttoPalace.
Thiswas a dauntingtask due to our verylarge portfolioof properties, ownersandtenants. Amandatook control
of thistransition inherstride,she keptstaff memberscalmandquietlyworkedtowardsaseamlesschange over.
Thiswas all done professionallyandefficiently, withminimaldisruptiontothe company.
DuringAmanda’s3 yearswithImpression,she hasbeenworkingtowardsherBComdegree sohasbeencapable of
effectivelyjugglingherworkandstudies. Throughouthertime atImpression, Amandawasanabsolute joytohave
inthe office. She wasself driven,focused andcompletedall tasks withinorbefore deadlines.While we are very
sad to lose a valuable employee, we are atthe same time impressedwithher determinationtofinishherstudies.
