To Whom it May Concern,
I hope you can tolerate gluten, because Alyssa Miulli is like an everything bagel. Take a
tablespoon each of customer service, marketing, operations, design, product development, e-
commerce expertise, and all-around creative thinking, throw them in a bowl with some bagel
dough, mix, bake at 475 for 15-20 minutes, and boom! You have an Alyssa Miulli.
Alyssa joined Made Eyewear very early on just after we had launched and helped us through
countless issues as we grew. She played a role in everything from setting up customer tracking
software, to solving shipping logistics issues, all the way to playing an integral part in
establishing a crucial collaboration partnership with Melt Cosmetics.
Alyssa is a customer service beast. I refer to her as the “customer whisperer,” somehow turning
even the angriest of customers into lifelong fans of the Made brand in the span of one phone call.
And of course she wasn’t afraid to get her hands dirty with things like packing and shipping,
often throwing in her own creative twist with notes to customers and fun drawings that she put in
outgoing shipments. She also contributed on the marketing and creative side, helping with photo
shoots, events, and even content creation for social media.
Alyssa is great and I highly recommend her for any position that requires a hard working,
ambitious everything bagel.
