‘MADISON RISING’ BENEFIT CONCERT AT AGUA CALIENTE
ELEVATES SWIM LESSON OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH
-Event Benefits Swim To Win, Provides Swim Lessons at Family YMCA With
Olympian Janet Evans and 10 Olympic Swim Champs
(Rancho Mirage, CA). -- On Friday, May 22, 2015, the
patriotic rock band “Madison Rising” will perform a special
Memorial Day weekend benefit concert at Agua Caliente
Resort and Casino’s THE SHOW, starting at 8:00pm. The
concert will benefit Swim to Win Foundation, based in Palm
Desert, California, to provide swim lessons to hundreds of kids
through a partnership with the Family YMCA of the Desert’s
aquatic program for kids who would not otherwise be able to
participate or learn the lifelong skill of swimming and water
safety.
The concert serves
as a precursor to the 3rd
annual Swim To Win water safety clinic
taking place at the Palm Desert Aquatic Center and conducted
by the Family YMCA on Saturday, May 23 from 8:30am to
3:30pm. The clinic provides swim instruction to several hundred
deserving kids administered directly by the following impressive
group of 11 Team USA Olympic champions: Janet Evans,
Aaron Piersol, Jason Lezak, Amanda Beard, Misty Hyman,
Lexie Kelly, Margaret Hoezler, Megan Jendrick, Ariana Kukors,
Lynette Lim and Rowdy Gaines. Event sponsors will have the
chance to race against these legendary swimmers, and the Olympians will also be available throughout

The benefit concert will be emceed by all 11 Olympic swim stars who will also welcome a squad of
Marines out of San Diego, California. Concert tickets are available starting at $35 with various seating

reception at 6:30pm, where guests will meet and have a photo taken with the Madison Rising band

The headliner band, Madison Rising, describe themselves as “America’s most patriotic rock band,” and
they are committed to promoting the principles of liberty and independence. The band recently released
their second album, “American Hero,” dedicated to members of the armed forces along with the police,
firefighters and other first responders “whose sacrifice and selfless dedication to the service of this country
