To whom it my concern:
Mr. Alireza Avizheh has knowledge and experience in Canadian projects while working with Mr.
Richard Yoon, P.Eng, who operates an engineering company dealing with regulated business types
that require qualified engineering services in regard to building code and permits applications for
industrial and commercial kitchens, for restaurant and food services businesses, etc. Mr. Alireza
Avizheh has demonstrated he is experienced in those areas related to those Mechanical Services
including HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Suppression, Natural Gas Systems and related areas as
must be adhered to and in compliance with Ontario Building Code and other related codes.
I have known Mr. Avizheh for about one year, and have found him to be capable, knowledgeable,
and a dedicated person who has shown he can lead in assignments where he provides design and
calculations, and deals with the regulations and codes that are part of the process for meeting the
standards as set by Ontario and by the various city and municipal authorities. He had been
previously engaged in similar work in Iran prior to immigrating to Canada, so with his background
and years of service abroad brings knowhow and practice in such engineering where all projects
begin with the fundamentals.
