To whom it may concern,
I am privileged to write this letter in support of my student, Alina Gilfanova. Alina has been my
student for three years and at the end of her Bachelor’s Programme, I was the Scientific Supervisor
of her final thesis. During this time, I have witnessed a remarkable improvement in her academic
success and a striking personal development. The proof for that is the excellent grade for the
execution and the presentation of her graduate qualifying paper.
As her lecturer, first of International Economics, then of Economics of International Enterprise and
later of International Accounting, I confirm that Alina has shown a keen interest both in International
Economics and International Management. Her passion and appetite to learn about the world, and
her sufficient work experience in financial sector make her an ideal candidate for a Master’s degree
Programme in Business Administration: International Management. Despite facing challenges in the
initial stages of her course, Alina has shown a continuous drive to enhance the knowledge. Her high
motivation to successfully compete with other students in class and her interest to get the best result,

Moreover, Alina has always expressed a lot of interest and initiative to participate in the conferences
held by university and has proven to be responsible and highly proactive person who can deal with

an exchange student to be sent to Laurea University of Applied Science in Finland under the
academic mobility program where she studied P2P Project Management, and successfully managed
studies at both universities in one semester. In the P2P operating model, she studied Business
Management through practical work and with intensive collaboration with other members of
international team as well as with the business environment.
