Alexandre has been a valued member of Townsend’s Brazilian Research Team since
January 2007. During this time he has performed extensive and often complex market
research in support of our global database and customer research business areas.
Alexandre is a hard working and dedicated individual. He is independent and a self-
starter but does not hesitate to ask for help when it is needed, or to offer suggestions for
improvement. His unique communication skills, coupled with his ability conduct both
primary and secondary research in several languages including Portuguese, English,
Spanish and French has been a great asset to our multi-shore operations.
It is only due to the present economic crisis that we have had to dismiss Alexandre. I
