褐煤水分如何影响锅炉
褐煤及其水分都进入炉膛,导致:
烟气流量增加;
炉膛的温度降低;
因此炉膛的容积需要加大以适应:
烟气流量的增加
增加炉膛辐射换热面积以补偿因为炉膛温度低而导致辐射换热的降低
锅炉炉膛大导致:
增加投资;
增加运行和维修费用;

主要原因:
•烟气中的水蒸汽含量高;而水蒸汽的定压比热比烟气大 2 倍;
•由于烟气中的水蒸汽含量高,烟气的酸露点温度高,排烟温度提高;

褐煤的热值和水分与锅炉效率的关系
褐煤预干燥如何能够提高锅炉效率
褐煤预干燥能够提高效率的主要原因:
•褐煤中的水分在预干燥中被蒸发后直接排出干燥系统,而不是进入锅炉内;
•因此锅炉烟气的含湿量降低,酸露点温度和锅炉排烟温度也随之降低;
•干燥尾气(干燥工艺过程中所需的介质和在干燥过程中所蒸发的水分)的温度更低(烟气作为干燥介质: 75C 左右;
过热蒸汽干燥: 105C 左右);
对于采用烟气作为干燥介质的工况,较低的干燥尾气排放温度所产生的酸腐蚀问题可以采用耐酸腐蚀材料来解决(干
燥机和除尘器的耐酸腐蚀解决比换热器容易,比如内衬防腐蚀材料等);
对于采用汽轮机抽取蒸汽的工况,蒸汽已经在汽轮机中做功,为低品质能源;

A , RWE 的 WTA 工艺
•WTA 工艺中的干燥机为内加热流化床干燥机,即干燥过程所需的热量是由干燥机的内置换热器所提供的;
•干燥系统为闭路循环的过热蒸汽系统,即干燥机的流化介质为过热蒸汽,而不是常规流化床中的空气;
•干燥机的内置换热器所需的蒸汽式从汽轮机抽取的低压饱和蒸气,压力为 4bar ;
•褐煤由干燥机的顶部的气密性星型阀加入,通过特殊结构的旋转布料溜槽,使褐煤能均匀分布于流化床的全断面;
•干燥后的褐煤由干燥机底部派出;
•夹带有细粉的流化介质经过分离后,一部分用作流化介质而返回干燥系统,其余部分排出干燥系统;

B , GREGRE 的 DryFining 工艺
•DryFining 工艺是指干燥和选矿一体化的工艺;
•DryFining 工艺中的干燥机为内加热流化床干燥机,即干燥过程所需的热量是由干燥机的内置换热器所提供的;
•干燥系统为开路闭路循环,即干燥机的流化介质为空气。流化介质首先由冷凝水加热,再经过低温锅炉烟气加热
后进入干燥机;
•干燥机的内置换热器所需的热水是由介于省煤器和除尘器之间烟气冷却器所加热提供;
•干燥机分为两个室,第一个室处于加料段,其气体分布板比第二个室稍低,以利于含灰分高(比重大)的颗粒富
集,将其排出进行干法脱灰;

•DryFining 工艺的优点:
充分利用冷凝水和锅炉尾气的余热,利用低品位的热源,因此单位脱水量所耗能源较低;
对于高灰份的褐煤能够脱除部分灰份。
•DryFiningWTA 工艺的缺点:
•需依赖于电厂系统,不能独立运行;
•由于余热的限制,仅能脱除部分水分;
•干燥设备投资大,因为干燥系统的温度低;

C , DDT 蒸汽内加热流化床干燥工艺
•戴尔塔( Delta Drying Technologies , DDT )开发用于电厂褐煤的内加热蒸汽流化床干燥技术,与 WTA 技
术的区别如下:
RWE 的 WTD 工艺(闭路循环的过热蒸汽系统) vs DDT 工艺 (闭路循环的蒸汽 + 少量的空气的湿气体系
统 )
两种工艺各有优势:
系统密闭性要求高 vs 系统密闭性要求低
投资高 vs 投资低
尾气的蒸汽纯度高(蒸汽含量 >95% v/v ) vs 尾气的蒸汽纯度低(蒸汽含量 >84% v/v ,氧含量为
3.5% )
尾气利用成本低 vs 尾气利用成本高

D , DDT 高温烟气流化床煤炭干燥工艺
•高温烟气流化床煤炭干燥技术是根据焦煤的流化床干燥技术基础上开发的。流化床干燥技术用于焦煤干燥始于
1955 年前后,在其后逐渐成为煤炭干燥的首选干燥机。截止到 1980 年,总共有 170 余台流化床干燥机用于煤炭
干燥, 其中一些干燥机运行时间已超过4 0 年,目前仍在运行中。
•初期的流化床焦煤干燥的设计进口烟气温度仅为 450 度。随着产能增加,需要逐步增加其进口烟气温度,目前已
达到 700 度左右。在此基础上, DDT 开发出具有自主知识产权的适用于高温流化床干燥的布风板,使得常规的
流化床的工作温度提高到 1100 度。

D , DDT 蒸汽内加热流化床干燥工艺
•高温流化床干燥机的优势:
•可以采用高温进气,最高可达 1100 度;
•由于采用高温进气,因此设备尺寸小,投资低,能耗低;
•单机产量大:最大水份蒸发量可达 500 吨 / 时;
•可以直接干燥宽筛分物料: 0-50mm;
•对于高灰分的褐煤,可以实现干燥 - 干选一体化,脱除部分灰分;
•可以实现正压操作,从而可以控制系统氧含量至 3% 以下,远离煤粉尘爆炸;
•可以实现粗细颗粒分离;
•对于干燥后需要长途运输或后续工艺对粒度有要求的工艺,首先将分离后的细粉作为干燥的燃料,剩余的细粉就
近销售,也可以进行造粒,以最大限度地减少粉尘的影响;
•因为干燥尾气达到其露点,对于缺水地区,可以回收干燥过程的冷凝水。

不同干燥工艺比较
对于 DryFining 工艺,由于可利用的余热数量所限,仅能够脱除部分水,对于不同水分的褐煤其所能降低的水分见下表
:
( 30% - 18.5% ) / ( 30% - 10% ) = 63%
( 38% - 29.0% ) / ( 38% - 10% ) = 40%
( 40% - 31.5% ) / ( 40% - 10% ) = 37%
( 50% - 44.3% ) / ( 50% - 10% ) = 23%
( 60% - 56.4% ) / ( 60% - 10% ) = 15%
( 65% - 62.3% ) / ( 65% - 10% ) = 12%
以 40% 水分的褐煤为例, DryFining 工艺仅能够将水分从 40% 降至 31.5% , 其脱水量与降至 10% 时的脱水量比
例为 37% 。
不同干燥工艺比较仅限于在蒸汽内加热流化床和高温烟气流化床之间
褐煤预干燥工艺选择
• 不同干燥工艺比较(过热蒸汽干燥 - 汽轮机和高温烟气 - 锅炉)
• 褐煤的初水分,热值不同对设备投资, CO2 减排,电厂的发电量都有影响;
• 下表只是作为不同方案进行比较之用,具体项目论证请联系戴尔塔干燥技术有限公司技术部门。
• * 电厂的效率提高,包括褐煤预干燥对锅炉效率的提高;由于烟气量减少所导致的风机的电耗降低;褐煤水分

褐煤预干燥工艺选择
• 褐煤预干燥应用 :
 对于现有的褐煤电厂,可以提高电厂效率,节省燃料,降低 CO2 排放;
 对于新建褐煤电厂,可以降低投资和能耗;
 对于现有的硬煤电厂,可以采用褐煤取代硬煤,降低运行费用:
• 在选择电厂褐煤的干燥工艺时,还需考虑到:
 烟尘排放标准;
 现有的电厂流程 ( 制粉系统,锅炉,省煤器,空气预热器, ESP 或布袋除尘器 , FGD, WESP) ;
褐煤预干燥工艺选择
电厂褐煤预干燥工艺的经济性评价
•由于世界各国的褐煤开采成本不一,水分和热值各异
,在某些条件下褐煤预干燥项目是节能不省钱;
•在澳大利亚,由于其采削比极低,开采成本仅为 4-7
美元 / 吨;
•欧洲各国的开采成本从 7 欧元至 50 多欧元 / 吨;
褐煤预干燥工艺选择
电厂褐煤预干燥工艺的经济性评价
•对澳大利亚的电厂褐煤预干燥进行 DCF 分析,如果不考虑 CO2 减排所带来的效益,其得出的结论是 IRR 很低
,接近于 0 ,甚至为负数;
•对土耳其的电厂褐煤预干燥进行 DCF 分析,即使不考虑 CO2 减排所带来的效益,其得出的结论是 IRR 很高;
•对于中国的褐煤电厂褐煤预干燥进行 DCF 分析,即使不考虑 CO2 减排所带来的效益,对于坑口电厂,其
IRR>25%-35% 到 36%-76%; 距离坑口越远的电厂, 其 IRR 越高;对于采用硬煤的电厂改烧褐煤的 IRR
更高;
LFC 工艺简介
•由于自身特点,仅仅经过干燥处理的褐煤没有性质上的改变,仍然表现为亲水性,遇到水后会吸潮,并且会发生自
燃;
•经过中度气化处理后的褐煤,发生性质上的改变,由亲水性变为憎水性,从而克服遇到水后会吸潮,并且会发生自
燃的问题。这就使 LFC 工艺的结果。同时能够生产附加值高的液体燃料;
•LFC 工艺的主要过程:
第一步是干燥,去除低阶煤(如褐煤)中的大部分水分;
第二步是轻度热解,去除剩余水分和一部分挥发分,使褐煤改质成为物理化学性质相对稳定的优质固体燃料— PDF
(Process Derived Fuel, 即半焦 ), 同时在轻度热解过程中还可副产部分液体燃料— CDL ( Coal Derived
Liquid ,即煤焦油 );
第三步是精制,对干燥热解后的固体产物进行稳定钝化处理,降低活性 ;
对于过程中产生的细粉采用粘结造粒的方法以解决粉尘问题;

LFC 工艺的缺陷:
•LFC 工艺中的干燥和气化工艺设备采用旋转篦式结构,而旋转篦式结构得传热和传质效果较差;
•褐煤进入气化炉的水分为 3% 和低温,导致气化工艺所需的气体数量大,热损失大,燃气热值低;
•细粉造粒采用粘结剂,成本高;

改进型 LFC 工艺
•针对 LFC 工艺所存在的缺陷:
高温烟气流化床取代旋转篦式结构,传热和传质效果好;
因为高温,干燥可以设计为双层,干燥和加热一体化;
因此进入气化的煤温 350 度,水分为 0 ;
导致气化工艺所需的气体数量小,热损失小,燃气热值高;
无粘结剂造粒 ,成本低;

•改进型 LFC 工艺 vs LFC 工艺 :
