I am currently employed at Fred's Home Bakery, York. This is a small
family owned business where I have gained experience in a shop
environment; I have learnt how to handle food in a hygienic manner and
cook hot food safely. I have been a paid employee for over three years,
over this period of time I have learnt how to communicate well with
customers, take orders, cook and clean, handle money, use a till and be
safe around machinery.
