It is basically set a schedule
In the same day. For example,
there are two or more customers
in the same day scheduling
group per representative
selecting Scheduling Unit.
It is nearly similar as “Same Trip
Scheduling” except amount of
period time is difference.

It basically shows long period of
scheduling such as a week or
a month per representative
selecting Scheduling Unit that
is created from “Time Slots.”
It is not much different from
That of “Same Day” scheduling.
