was with Penn West he showed great leadership and was always ready for work each day.
He had no problem teaching the young operators on staff how to conduct there tasks. Al took
pride in his job and was always looking at finding ways to optimize wells on his run.
When ever I asked Al to take on other jobs in the area and he faithfully did so. He was
