2. Established in 1944 in Malvern, Pennsylvania,
Airmatic Inc. supplies the construction,
industrial, and utility industries with a range of
maintenance and installation products and
services. Airmatic Inc., a woman-owned
company, holds membership with the Industrial
Supply Association (ISA).
Each year, the ISA hosts the W.I.S.E. Summit.
W.I.S.E., which stands for Women Industrial
Supply Executives, is an ISA special-interest
group that seeks to support female leaders
through educational programs and resources.
3. The W.I.S.E. 2014 Summit took place in Arizona and
included breakout sessions with executive mentor
Stacey Hanke and certified personal trainer Michelle
Blakely, who spoke on effective communication and
healthy living habits, respectively. Professionals from
Ford Motor Company, LA Harris, and Net Plus Alliance
also joined the event to share insight on business
planning and lead engagement discussions.
The ISA will host its next W.I.S.E. Summit on October
12, 2015. The three-day event takes place in
Nashville, Tennessee. Attendees gain access to
workshops and peer networking events. Additionally,
planned is a community outreach program that will
benefit a local charity or service organization.
