A company limited by shares that is

sponsor for the purposes of entering into a

1. SEZ applicant must be company limited by shares

2. Issued and paid up share capital of a developer/single entity
zone shall not be less than US$1,500,000.00

A person, other than a developer of a zone
or zone user, who conducts business in the
zone under a sub-concession that is in
accordance with a master-concession or a
