CERTIFICATE OF EXPERIENCE
It is certified that Squadron Leader Ahsan Fayyaz from Pakistan Air Force has
been working with M/s ERA, Czech Republic for induction of MSS PAR systems
since March, 2006. The officer has been instrumental in conduct of pre-
qualification trials / evaluation of the mentioned system and improvisation of the
same for use by PAF. As a project officer, he has managed to effectively
coordinate and resolve various aspects of the induction scheme. This was
followed by hectic contractual negotiations and related modalities. Consequent to
signing of the contract, project implementation for commissioning/installation of
MSS systems at remotely located PAF bases was transpired.
Being technical savvy and well versed in organizational / administrative matters,
host of diversified issues were tackled and resolved amicably. He was able to
achieve the program objectives by painstaking involvement in the project
timelines / milestones by maintaining a very close liaison with the stakeholders.
Squadron Leader Ahsan Fayyaz has maturely handled all dimensions of this
difficult project. By virtue of his grip on the projects, he can be extremely
valuable in any organization to productively complete the assigned tasks. The
officer has strong communication skills and has been found vibrant during the
proceedings.
