As  discussed during our last town hall, I am very proud of the overall quality of IPS’ prepared by our region.  We 
would like to acknowledge and thank all the markets for the considerable effort that went into creating these 
documents and, most importantly, to the progress made compared to last year: 
 Higher level of cross‐functional team work 
 Focus on “Compete‐to‐win” thinking for key brands 
 Bridging IPS to budget‐planning 
 
While all countries made substantial progress in creating solid cross‐functional product strategies, we would like to
