Supervised a 3 person team at the Live oak Trace Apartments in Denham Springs, La. . I was
responsible for hiring and training my own employees, scheduling all vendors and coordinating
between them and my staff to complete turnkey units as well as special projects throughout the
property. I ad to oversee a property wide lock change and appliance replacement as well as a
complete renovation of the parking area. Was responsible for maintaining my own budget as
pertaining to the maintenance department. Shared in taking this property from 39% occupancy at
time of hire to 98% occupancy at time property was sold and I departed.
