FROM 14 TO 16 YEARS OLD AND

execution, work on motor learning

OVER 18
YEARS OLD
Final stage, characterized by the player's
specialization, although a multipurpose
specialization will always be sought within the
game.
Players experience their best and most
noticeable physical and technical changes; it
is now where the use of these factors must
be optimally used in competition.
The objective of this stage is to perfect and
optimize the basketball player's learning,
giving more emphasis to the competition, but
without underestimating the training as a
player, it must always be present. In addition,
two concepts stand out: specialization and
competition.
